When the standard table may not apply
| Type | Typical open | Typical close | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standalone / strip mall | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM (11:00 PM Thu–Sat) | Matches the most common weekly grid on locations.modpizza.com. |
| Shopping mall | Varies | Varies | Usually follows mall hours; can differ from street-front MOD stores in the same market. |
| Airport / travel hub | Varies | Varies | Terminal operating rules set hours; do not assume the standard weekly table. |
| College campus | Varies | Varies | Academic calendar, breaks, and summer sessions often change posted hours. |
| Venue / stadium | Varies | Varies | Some listings show the same close time every day (e.g. 10:00 PM) when tied to a venue schedule. |
Menu hours
MOD does not publish separate breakfast hours; the build-your-own menu is generally available from store open until close.
Delivery & pickup
Pickup and MOD-owned delivery (orders.modpizza.com / app) follow each store’s posted hours. Third-party apps may differ. Confirm fees and minimums at checkout.
Why hours differ & how we compiled this page
- Franchise and licensed locations: Many MOD restaurants are operated by franchisees who set hours within lease and staffing constraints.
- Malls, airports, campuses, venues: When MOD is inside another property, building hours often override the standard street-front schedule.
Oct 2026: Compared multiple locations.modpizza.com listings (including Seattle-area stores). Most matched the weekly grid above; venue-tied listings (e.g. Seattle Center) showed different closes. Thanksgiving/Christmas closures are not spelled out on MOD’s short help article but appear consistently in locator consumer guides — always confirm on the locator for your store.
